Identify and test, Stumbras’s quality and product appeal among the U.S. consumer. Around 2018, the vodka consumer market held steadily at 45 million. As an international company, navigating and identifying the tools to succeed in a new market requires vision and strategy, making their priority sales and marketing.

INFRASTRUCTURE


 

The client would make use of Annora’s brand management design and strategy team as well as the formation of Annora Distribution both operating from our Brooklyn HQ. Other necessary components came in the form of remote support, and distribution affiliates. Using applied technology, we would oversee ad placement, product storage, sampling, legal compliance, and reporting.

BRAND ELEMENTS


 

A tailored strategy, providing all necessary marketing assets, along with a distribution strategy to influence both market visibility and product sales. The strategy team focused on the development aspect of the brand, focusing on sales, product placement, areas of opportunity, seeking partnerships, and hosting abilities.

To reach maximum potential, a monthly retainer was created allowing Annora’s creative team to operate to the fullest extent, developing ideas, creating campaigns, social media, website refresh, sponsorship, analyzing the market, and benchmarking ad reach.
